And of course online surveys are better for the environment because they avoid the use of paper.
There is also greater confidentiality, because the forms are not handled by anyone. This is particularly important for employee satisfaction surveys, where respondents might be unwilling to answer questions honestly if they think the forms could be seen by a senior manager.
Of course, some clients still prefer to use the traditional paper-based questionnaire.
